Mama’s Buoi in Surry Hills is a great spot for dinner, but in Crows Nest it has the same menu, but less atmosphere, which gives it more of s franchise feel.
The Duck curry $21 is still a great choice…..
…. but the spring rolls $9 are not as good as the duck pancakes.

It’s open seven days 12 noon until late, has reasonable prices ( wine starts at $7.50 a glass) and a quirky attractive atmosphere.
Book a table upstairs if you have a larger group and want a quieter space.
The menu offers a range of dishes but the pub food is the best choice.
